It's always with great pleasure that I reupload files on request. 

But in this case, the least the people who sent the request can do, is to download the files they asked for. 

These last days, I have reuploaded next to 20 files and only a couple of them have been downloaded, based on the statistics sent to me by the filehost.

So from now on, I will only reupload new files after all recently requested files have been downloaded at least once.

Alias Johnny Fay & The Blazers Chanteur Rock 'n' Roll US,

John Furino a commencé sa carrière en 1958 à l’âge de 15 ans avec son groupe les Bel-aires

Il s’est produit sur scène fin des années cinquante et début des années soixante assurant les premières parties de Brenda Lee ou de Sonny Geracy.

Il a enregistré sur le label Dani Records sous le nom Johnny Fay and The Blazers.

Auteur compositeur, il chante et joue aussi du sax Ténor.

Son style de rock and roll sauvage le classe dans la lignée des musiciens du nord des états unis jouant un wild rockin’ endiablé comme Tony Casanova ou Mikey Hawk.

Sweet Linda Brown enregistré en 1962 avec son rif de sax exceptionnel est son titre phare.

Aujourd’hui il reprend la route……

Avec ses compositions faites entre 1958 et 1962

Accompagné par The Megatons qui assurent le backing.

Cette édition consiste principalement en une compilation de musique en non-stop, avec Jerry Lee Lewis comme artiste principal, en célébration de son 77ème anniversaire.

Message de Docteur Charlie : 

Etant donné les nombreux déplacements hebdomadaires auxquels je suis actuellement soumis, je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de temps pour préparer les commentaires. 
La majeure partie de l'émission vous est donc présentée en non-stop. Concrètement, nous vous proposons une série de grands morceaux de rock and roll, pour la plupart des classiques, présentés chacun en deux versions : l’une par l'interprète le plus souvent original, et l'autre par Jerry Lee Lewis, qui a, en fait, très peu composé, mais qui a toujours eu l'art de transfigurer les titres qu'il reprenait à d'autres, un peu comme Elvis savait le faire dans ses premiers enregistrements SUN. Sauf que, pour Jerry Lee, cette faculté s'est maintenue tout au long de ses plus de 55 ans de carrière! 
J'aurais voulu faire plus, comme cela fut le cas il y a 5 ans: fournir des commentaires plus étoffés et plus approfondis, évoquer les rapports de Jerry Lee avec la country-music, développer davantage son répertoire post-SUN (sur SMASH, MERCURY, ELEKTRA et MCA notamment). 
J'espère néanmoins que le programme prévu vous plaira et que les nombreux classiques présentés en deux versions vous rappelleront d'excellents souvenirs.
